Migrant Abortion Access

The Biden-Harris administration must put in place safeguards and accountability mechanisms to ensure that HHS’s ORR protects immigrants’ reproductive health access and bodily autonomy. Additionally, HHS should work with the Department of Justice to investigate past abuses of migrants’ access to reproductive health care at the hands of the U.S. government.
